Each participant of the Summer Is Here 2010 will receive the following:

• 4 star hotel accommodation
• Kosher meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Entertainment and touring of city
•  Workshops
• General room service
• Guaranteed fun!

Participants will NOT be provided with

• Extra food and other luxury items (alcohol, etc)
• Additional room service (ironing, washing, dry cleaning, etc)
• Health or other insurance
• Parking

Please note:
- Every participant should ensure that their insurance covers medical expenses during their stay in Madrid.
- ECJS does not take responsibility for damages done by participants (in hotel, buses and other locations). Participants are legally responsible for any damage they cause.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration up to three weeks before the event and ECJS pledges to fully refund you the money minus €20 processing fee. No questions asked! After this date; ECJS is NOT obliged to reimburse anyone for any reason whatsoever.* Reimbursement will not be given even for a medical emergency. ECJS will have already paid for the event by this late date. Sorry, this is our cancellation policy and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. 

*If you cancel after July 2 and we are able to find a replacement, you will be refunded the event payment minus 35%.
